Terms and Conditions
We accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal when you buy online and we promise to take good care to keep your payment details and orders safe and secure. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.
You have the right to cancel all or part of your order any time up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods you ordered. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all of your order to the specified address below. Please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery. Hereford Gold will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products, to the specified address. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned to us before we can issue your refund.
If the order you wish to cancel has already been dispatched, just return the items to us within 14 working days, subject to our returns policy below.
You can return items to us for exchange or refund if you are not satisfied - with the exception of body piercing jewellery (e.g. Earrings) where the packaging seal has been broken or tampered with (for hygiene reasons) - within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive the goods you ordered. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your packet or parcel. All items returned for exchange or refund will be examined and we reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is not in its original condition. We aim to give a quick turnaround service and you should have an exchange or refund within a maximum 14 days. We will refund postage costs if we are the ones to make an error or if the item was faulty.
We know you can't wait to receive your purchases, so we try to speed items to you as fast as we can. We have a good reputation for fast delivery but even we have to admit that we're only as good as the postal and delivery services we rely on.
You can help us by making sure that you give us the correct, full delivery address at the time of ordering as we use these addresses exactly as you give them.
However, if things do go astray, we accept full responsibility to provide the items you have paid for, so all postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 14 working days from the date of dispatch. We'll investigate and you will either be offered a re-dispatch or a full refund.
If you receive any items that you did not order or if something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as you can, no later than within seven working days of the dispatch date of your order, so we can put it right.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website for any reason, whether to purchase available products/services or not, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all disputes arising out of such access. The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of this website will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
